Clips on Cutaway are uploaded by users. If you own the rights to a clip and want it removed, send a notice to our designated agent and we'll take it down, usually within one business day.

What to include

• Your name, address, phone and email
• The work you own, and the Cutaway link of each clip you want removed
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by you, your agent or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're authorized to act for the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notices

If your clip was removed by mistake, email the same address with the clip link, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, your name, address and phone, and your consent to federal court jurisdiction in your district.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive three valid notices lose the ability to upload.
